We are about to launch a new service that consists of our being available anywhere in the world at any time for consultation via video conferencing.
This puts us always just down the hall for immediate access for any meeting, bouncing ideas back and forth, discussing problems or opportunities and alternative approaches to deal with them.
Very few licensor/franchisor companies could afford this kind of facility in-house, so to speak. But now it can be available for a truly nominal annual subscription of $35,000, which includes up to 100 hours per year of time.
Even if it is only for a 'second opinion' project, its potential value to any licensor/franchisor is quite obvious.
You can conference in any other resource or facility you like, so that your entire team is included at your discretion.
On an emergency or spontaneous basis you would just call or e-mail for a set appointment time. For something in which there are relevant materials to be considered, those materials would be sent along in advance so that we are up to speed when the conference is set.
Privilege and confidentiality are always assured under the Canons of Professional Responsibility applicable to attorneys.
There will be conflicts checks in each client subscription instance, and we will not accept an adverse representation without the express, written consent of all parties. You will never unknowingly be talking with us if we are involved with a competitor or someone with an adverse interest. And, in any case, you may be assured of total confidentiality.
