CURRENT
www.FranchiseRemedies.com .
This is the main web site of my law practice. I focus upon management crisis
representation - bet the company situations. I have done this for over 30 years.
There are crisis management articles there that give an idea of what I am about
and how I work.
In addition to this, I have been active in every possible mode of business
replication, from franchising to licensing, teaming arrangements, tolling
agreements, joint ventures and variations on themes of partnering.
As you might well imagine, I have done a great deal of litigation, all over the
United States.
I use teaming arrangements in my practice so that, despite being a solo
practitioner, I can put as many lawyers and support resources on any project as
any of the largest firms in the world. Over the past 45 years, I have worked
with many law firms who are now quite happy to team with me on any matter in any
part of the country.
My practice model focuses on major projects, so that the geography of any
relationship is never an issue. I represent clients all over the United States
and abroad. As a solo practitioner, I can so manage the expenses associated with
travel that clients do not pay me just to sit on an airplane.
I use a flex fee system of pricing that takes into account the size and scope of the project, who the clients are, and that breaks projects down into segments with appropriate pricing for each stage, at the clients' option, so that mutual fairness is achieved to the greatest extent practicable.
